Adhocracy+

Adhocracy+ is a free, open‑source, and non-profit digital participation platform. It enables municipalities, NGOs, associations, and organizations to easily run online participation processes without technical expertise. The platform provides a set of modular participation tools, including brainstorming, mapping, text discussion, surveys, participatory budgeting, prioritization, interactive events, allowing organizations to build tailored engagement projects.

To start, an organization simply registers and receives its own workspace and URL within Adhocracy+. From there, it can configure participation projects, invite users, and guide them through structured phases (e.g., submitting ideas, discussing, voting). The platform works as a SaaS service but can also be self‑hosted if needed.
