Description
Civilization 6 is a video game simulating human history from stone age to future. Players choose one historical civilization and try to lead it to victory. The game has multiple themes such as politics, war, resource managements, economy, science, and religion. The Gathering Storm expansion introduces an active planet where climate and tectonics present unique new challenges. Floods, droughts, and powerful storms force you to adapt to a changing environment, and the choices you make have a lasting impact on the world’s temperature, potentially causing ice caps to melt and sea levels to rise.
Civilization 6 can be used to teach decision making and impacts of decisions in a worldwide scale. Players will affect the world and its ecosystem with their decisions, and their choices about industrialisation, land use, power production and consumption have a big impact.
