Description
Finnish public participation platform for creating and signing citizen initiatives. All citizens who have the right to vote in parliamentary elections can participate. They can propose a new law, a change to an existing law, or the repeal of an existing law. It proceeds to consideration by Parliament if it gathers at least 50,000 statements of support within six months. The online service is maintained by the Ministry of Justice and free to use.
