Description

Utopia is a board game in which the players form an interim government in a transition to democracy. They collectively win the game if they successfully establish the conditions for the first parliamentary elections. The learning targets include experiencing conflicts of interests and the responsibility as governors as well as taking decisions in situations with incomplete information. Players also learn about the basic formal rules for parliamentary elections.
